“Tennis has been my main passion in life and I want to share my knowledge and skills with those of you that are eager to learn the sport or improve your game. At the end of the day having fun is what really matters to me. So why not combine this great sport with some of my favorite off court passions, food and wine.”
– Conchita Martinez
Conchita’s world class tennis clinics will focus on individualized coaching in a fun and relaxed environment. Each tour will be limited to 8 people to ensure that everyone gets the personalized attention that they deserve. After analyzing each individuals skill level, Conchita will introduce stroke, serve and footwork drills. She will teach her vast knowledge of the game and share what it takes to be a champion player both on and off the court.
In Spain, winemakers often use the Spanish word elaborar (to elaborate) rather than fabricar (to produce/make) when describing the Spanish winemaking philosophy. This relates to the view that the winemaker acts as more of a nurturer of the grapes and wine rather than as a producer. For many years, Spanish winemaking was very rustic and steeped in tradition. Wine tours will include special visits to the amazing vineyards in El Priorat, Perelada and beyond. You will experience cutting edge wineries, take part in superb tastings and visit top private cellars. You will get to meet the winemakers, learn about Spain’s robust garnachas and crisp Albarinos all while enjoying gourmet cuisine.
